CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE
The basic requirements under the FSW and CEC program are as follows:
SKILLED WORK EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have at least one year of skilled work experience, under NOC code 0, A or B. The work experience could either be full time or an equal amount in part time.
LANGUAGE ABILITIES
Applicants must take an approved language test and score a minimum of the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 7
EDUCATION
You must provide proof that you completed secondary school (at the minimum) in Canada. If you studied abroad, you will need to provide an Education Credential Assessment (ECA)
SKILLED WORK EXPERIENCE
For the FSW program, you must show that you have enough funds to settle in Canada. You and your family must also meet the required admissibility requirements in Canada.
